openscad-testing software package provides script file based graphical CAD environment (test suite), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install openscad-testing
openscad-testing is installed in your system.
Make ensure the openscad-testing package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep openscad-testing *
You will get with openscad-testing package name, version, architecture and description in a table
